CORYATES is a small hamlet set in the beautiful WADDON VALLEY, 'off the beaten track', but within easy driving distance of nearby villages and towns.CORFE GATE HOUSE was built of local quarried stone under a Welsh slate roof in 1865.
Our galleried dining hall, sitting room and four bedrooms all en-suite are tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard.
The beautiful and historic village of ABBOTSBURY (with the Swannery, Tithe Barn and world famous Sub Tropical Gardens) lies just four miles southwest. The CHESIL BANK, coastal paths, HARDY'S MONUMENT and the spectacular views they provide always delight our visitors.
